Robert grew up in New Jersey and began cooking at a very young age. Inspired by his Italian grandmother, he first learned the basics of traditional home cooking before attending culinary school and becoming classically trained. His career began in several top-rated Italian restaurants, where he honed his skills and developed a passion for creating exceptional dishes.

In 2007, Robert moved to Las Vegas and joined a local catering company. Over the years, he continued to refine his craft, working at Republic Kitchen & Bar and later assisting in the opening of Greens & Proteins.

Clean Cravings was founded on the belief that healthy food should never compromise on flavor. With a focus on high-quality, organic ingredients and seed-free oils, Robert creates inspired, nutritious meals tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
